Some of the more memorable quotes of the summer have been recorded for posterity:

Some say that Practice School is much like a sinking ship. If the analogy holds, here are the roles played by the members of our crew:

AP is down in an isolated room in the hold of the ship, simulating the problem (ASPENating).
PF found a bucket and is fervently bailing, apologizing all the while that he didn't start sooner.
LG is trying to fix the ship's radio so that the problem could be communicated to the outside world.
BJ assures us that he has inquired about the ship's status with the host company and will get back to us as soon as he has more information.
CQ keeps taking each team member aside and asking them why they are allowing the ship to sink.
SS has purchased a ticket on another ship and will soon be rescued by helicopter.
JV had the same plan, but lost his ticket and is having nightmares.
LJ is in the gym, working out her anger about the situation.
EA and VM overslept and are happily playing cards in the galley, not yet fully cognizant that the ship is sinking.
JO has climbed the mast and is yelling out, "Just stay afloat two more weeks, baby!"
